Yuriy Bilan holds a PhD in economic sciences. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Scientific Papers „Economics & Sociology“, and is also the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Scientific Papers Journal of International Studies. In 2006-2009, he was a long-term MCA fellow at the Szczecin University in Poland. Yuriy Bilan has authored over 40 regional and international scientific publications, and several books on human capital, on the labour market in the CEE countries, and on migration policy.
Within Eumagine Yuriy Bilan is a member of the Communications Team, the Geographical Duo Team for Ukraine and member of the General Assembly.
